InCity Immobilen AG (FWB: IC8) announced that it has successfully placed 1,000,000 new shares in the Company via a capital increase with subscription rights to institutional investors at a price of EUR 5.00 per share. InCity Immobilien AG received gross proceeds of 5 million EUR in the oversubscribed capital increase. The Company was advised by Close Brothers Seydler Bank AG, which acted as Sole Lead Manager und Sole Bookrunner in the transaction.
